KO CONSULTING SOLUTIONS – POLICIES & TERMS OF SERVICE

Booking & Payment

  • All services must be paid in full upfront unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

  • No work will begin until payment is received.

  • You may book services via our intake form. An invoice will be sent within 24 hours.

Revisions

  • Most services include 1–2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions will incur a fee ($25+ depending on complexity).

  • Revision windows must be used within 5 business days of delivery, or the project is considered complete.

Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround for most services is 5–10 business days, depending on the project scope.

  • Rush services (2–3 business days) are available for an additional $75–$100 fee.

  • Timelines begin after intake form + payment + any necessary content have been submitted.

Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must submit complete, accurate information (e.g., resume content, brand colors, service offerings, etc.) on time.

  • KO Consulting Solutions is not responsible for delays caused by late submissions or unclear instructions.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital and customized work, no refunds are issued once the project has started.

  • You may cancel before any work begins for a 50% refund.

  • Missed meetings or no-shows without 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeited services or rescheduling fees.

Scope of Work

  • Services do not include brand strategy, legal consultations, or extensive marketing support unless stated.

  • If your project expands beyond the original scope, you’ll be sent a quote for the additional work.

File Ownership

  • Final design files are delivered via email or shared drive.

  • Clients receive non-exclusive rights to use deliverables for personal or business use.

  • KO Consulting Solutions retains the right to showcase work in portfolios unless a written NDA is signed.

Confidentiality

  • We respect your privacy. All personal data and content shared is kept confidential and used only for service fulfillment.


Communication

  • All project communication will occur via email or scheduled calls.

  • Business hours: TuesdayFriday, 10 AM – 6 PM EST. Messages received after hours will be answered next business day.
